When we click on SUBMIT Button Quotation is navigated to View Shipments page.

A Pickup Order is a document that outlines the terms for the delivery of goods from one location such as a supplier to another location such as your warehouseThe Pickup Order specifies the location of the pickup, identifies the carrier who will pick up and deliver the cargo, the location that the cargo will be delivered to, applicable charges, and the dimensions and description of the cargo.

View shipments are used to display the status of Quotation and Pickup order.
In Inventory Report is uses to display overall reports of an Inventory.

In Shipment History is used to know the status of the item when we click on warehouse number, we can Track Item. And it displays all warehouse records.
16. HOW TO CREATE TICKETS
Click on Crate New Ticket Button
Copy the Tracking ID of the Warehouse Number and Paste
Enter the details of Ticket.
Click on Submit. Then the Ticket will be created
When we change the status of the Issue in Support Ticket then in Frontend also Issue will be updated.

Customer requests pobox to buy a product behalf of him. Pobox employee will buy the product and once reaches to warehouse he will dispatch to customer.
